Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Yesterdam, that's why we offer 30-day returns/exchanges on most orders. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition (with size tags -if any) as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date. Fees will be waived for all customers who opt for store credit. For returns within Canada, the restocking and label fee (CAD$8.00) will be deducted from the refund to your original payment method. For international/USA customers: Since the customer is responsible for the tracked return label, there will be no restocking fees for international/US orders. When returning an item, customers must use a shipping method with a valid tracking number. Returns with no tracking will not be processed. To initiate a return, please contact us first at hello@yesterdam.com. FYI: The cost of shipping (if any) on your order is non-refundable!.

Contact our customer service team with your order number, reason for return, and the date the order was placed. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions once we verify the information.

Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products cannot be returned. Please check the item's page for specific return eligibility.

Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note some bank accounts may take longer to process a refund.

Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we'll ship the new item once we receive your return.
