Return and Exchange policy
Our return policy gives you 14 days from the delivery date to return an unused item in its original condition (with tags and original packaging) for store credit or a refund. Please note that returns and exchanges are not available for personalized or final sale items. Customers are responsible for postage fees to return an order. Once an order has shipped out, we cannot refund the shipping cost portion of an order, only apply it as store credit. Shipping costs will only be refunded if an order is cancelled prior to shipment.

My order arrived damaged
We are sorry to hear that. If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, or are missing an item from your order, please contact us at email@example.com with photos of the defective/wrong piece. We will provide a solution.
What if my piece doesn't fit?
At this time, we do not offer resizing services. However, if your necklace or bracelet is too short, purchasing one of our detachable extenders is a great option, this is also a quick fix. If your piece is too long, please contact us for instructions on how to trim your piece safely. Please note, trimming down your jewelry will void its warranty.
What items are not eligible for returns?
Unless your piece arrives damaged or defective, all items that are personalized are not eligible for returns, exchange or refunds at any time and are final sale. Please reach out to us if you have any problems with your order.
How can I initiate a return?
Please note that items returned without notice and authorization will not be accepted. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way. Return postage is paid by the customer. When returning an item, customers must use a shipping method with a tracking number. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed. To initiate a return, please contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org.
1. Items returned without notice and authorization will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for returns & exchanges must not exceed 14 days from when the order was delivered.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way. Items must also have their tags still attached (if any) and in their original packaging (box, pouches, cards, etc.)
4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has a tracking feature on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
5. For returns, any promotional extras received (if any) must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional extras will be deducted from the refund.
6. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
7. Unless they arrive damaged or defective, all items that are personalized/stamped/engraved are not eligible for a return/exchange at any time and are final sale. Please reach out to us if you have any issues with your order.
8. If your items don’t qualify for returns/exchanges, please check our 60-day Free Repairs Warranty.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Yesterdam has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped back to you at the buyer’s expense.
