Refund policy

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Yesterdam. That's why we offer 30-day returns/exchanges on most orders. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition (with original packaging, all accessories and tags) as long as you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items returned without notice and authorization will not be accepted.
  • The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from delivery.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way. Items must also be in their original condition with tags still attached (if any) and in their original packaging (box, pouch, card, etc.).
  • When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method with tracking. Returns or exchanges without tracking will not be processed.
  • For returns, any promotional extras received (if any) must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional extras will be deducted from the refund.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Unless they arrive damaged or defective, all personalized/stamped/engraved items are not eligible for return/exchange and are final sale. Please reach out to us if you have any issues with your order.
  • If your items don’t qualify for returns/exchanges and your jewelry is damaged, please check our 1-Year Warranty.
  • Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. It is important to note that this is not our return address and will impact the return process.
  • Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Yesterdam has the right to deny a return. Reshipment will be done at the buyer's expense.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on final sale items, personalized pieces, or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. The refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
