By shopping at Yesterdam.com, you agree that:
- Yesterdam is not responsible for stolen packages. We will do our best to help you locate your package if you have any issues but please note that if tracking information shows delivered, we will not be able to provide further assistance in locating your package, and you will be responsible for contacting your local post office (if applicable).
- Please note that delivery estimates do not include Production Time. To see the current production time, please refer to the top of this page. We are not responsible for any uncollected parcels due to incomplete/wrong addresses or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
- All packages are fully protected with waterproof and shock-free packaging and go through a quality check before shipment. If your package still arrives damaged, please let us know and we will do our best to provide you with solutions.
